Someone found the average NYC deaths per day (before CV) is around 150.
43 seconds. Thats more than two bodies. Maybe they should measure time in bodies.
What the death rate per minute not including coronavirus?
My home page here has many coronavirus control suggestions.
Click on my name to access it.
Fox News just reported that 209 died in New York from the virus in the last day alone. I’ll believe it when I hear it confirmed from someone else.
Guess you forgot to post a title?
just like Italy
And click your heels together three times and whisper, “There’s no place like Nome, there’s no place like Nome.”
Serious answer: Goole responded with 36 million responses in 1 second. That thing is amazing.
Statewide, year to date, for the entire state was 958.
No one has looked this up before?
I guess it is worse than the flu. Go figure.
There’s booty to be had in those inflated numbers, matey.
The only thing that would surprise me is if it’s not exactly as you suggest.
In NY State the flu has killed 952 people, up through March 14.
COVID killed 450 yesterday. That is rough 50% of all other varieties of the flu for the year.
Not quite sure where you are getting your flu killed more bs. You are comparing local/state numbers for a week to national numbers for a year. How in anyones mind does that make sense? Its like comparing your salary to the GDP.
What you all need to understand is that CV is not hitting everyone at once. NY last week. Louisiana this week. Chicago next week...and so on.
You have to compare apples to apples. Location to location.
See my 49.

I’m over it. I see this as just another flu more than I ever did.
And by de Blasio himself probably.
New York and Italy seem to be very at-risk areas. The rest of us are doing fine.
[[At the link there is a 43 sec clip of de Blasio.
What’s important is he states ‘it is a battle’ but ‘it will be over at some point in the coming months’. ]]
It’s like he’s a prophet or something- Thanks Cpt Obvious!
The more NYC appears to be “hot,” the stronger the justification to isolate it.
