It is disquieting that in Thursday the infection number was 82k. One day later, on Friday it is over 100k Americans infected with coronavirus.
An increase of 25%
And over 1500 dead
Over 500,000 Americans have now been tested. One week ago, only 100,000 Americans had been tested. Of course the total number of confirmed cases is going up. So is the number of people confirmed not to have it. We are still only testing people who are already sick and over 80% of those are testing negative.
You do realize that testing is increasing everyday so there WILL be an increase in numbers, right? It doesn’t mean it’s spreading, it just means there’s more of awareness of how many people are infected.
