That’s a lawsuit waiting to happen.
If proper hygiene is followed, it’s not an issue.
Landlord should just sign over the property deed now. It will be cheaper than where his stupidity is leading him to go.
When you choose to rent your property it is now the tenants home. Don't want the consequences of that, then don't rent.
