I have argued elsewhere, given Trump does not have line-item veto authority, that McConnell early on should have publicly announced, "This bill will contain only relief for the CV19 crisis; all other matters will be handled in the normal manner in separate bills."
IMO, his failure to do so speaks volumes.
What is in this bill that is not for its intended purpose should be branded on all their a##es for the future, NEVER FORGET!
Until a recent episode of “Outlander,” I really hadn’t given much thought to the term I occasionally use when talking about politicians: “Tar and Feather.”
I hadn’t really given thought to the fact that for tar to be easy to pour, it needs to be heated, and will cause 2nd and 3rd degree burns.
Since I saw the episode of “Outlander,” I started rethinking the use of that term.
However, given what Pelosi and Schumer pulled, as well as Clyburn’s statement, I’m fully in favor of tarring and feathering all three of those despicably POS politicians!
