Based on my personal experience, what is helping me most stay alert mentally is my physical exercise every other day in an indoor gym. Sadly the Gym is closed for a couple of weeks due to virus situation, so I am left with walking outdoors for 30 minutes. That is fine for now but soon Florida weather will get too hot and humid.

I don’t think it is her age-I’m over 65, self employed in construction and never intend to stop working-I think SanFranNan probably is a heavy boozer-like Hillary-they act out the same way, and Hillary’s drunken rants are well documented.
