The simple way to make Big Pharma produce pharmaceuticals in the United States is to intercept Chinese products and test them. When those medications are found to be contaminated, impose the maximum fines allowed by law on Big Pharma. After a few months of doing so, the shareholder will revolt and the problem will be solved.

The leadership and board of directors of each and every company or corporation signing that “letter” needs to be immediately deep dived with investigations into just how heavily controlled they are by their Chinese masters.
The very best business model in the world is if you can buy drugs at pennies per dose in China or India, and then sell them the Fed.gov for medicaid or medicare at $ hundreds per dose.
