You still need a bidet. Cuts TP use by about 90% and a decent one only costs about $100.
True dat. My daughter bought me one for my birthday, and it's great. I did need an electrician to wire it up - so the seat is warm, and so is the water. Costco has them, most that I've seen are in the $200-$300 range.
