This is not possible, without people going out periodically to buy food etc. The governors and mayors are asking for perfection, when that is not feasible.

I know two people with confirmed cases who are on quarantine. They are mid-20's in age. One has apparently recovered, the other is still sick, but seems to be improving.
Neither one was hospitalized.

As we have settled into a new routine, it includes a nightly walk around the lake here in North Texas and around the neighborhood, a hearty walk of about 4 miles and we have timed it perfect to hear John and Ken on KFI Los Angeles as they rail on Garcetti and Newsome and the clowns that run LA and California.
Makes the walk even that much more enjoyable.

more and more it looks like we will get a Red State/Blue State deal. Where the rat areas keep everyone under house arrest and rip into Trump for putting Americans at risk while they “protect the people”.

We’ll be lucky to have a near-normal country by election day, so 2 months is kinda optimistic.

I'm of the opinion that when the virus starts to fade, most people will go on with their lives regardless of this jerkwad.
Unless they are prepared to shoot people in the street, the lockdown is not going to last two months.
Unless they are keeping some great secret about this virus I am beginning to think the “cure” is worse then the disease.
Regardless, the American people (and perhaps the everyone in the world) will soon have enough of this and just return back to their normal life (as much as possible) with or without the government’s approval.
The sister of a very good friend was diagnosed as positive yesterday. She came down with awful symptoms last week and it took 6 days to finally get her results. She’s been really sick but fortunately no breathing problems. She works in a doctor’s office and both doctors are also positive. She’s recovering at home but it’s been a slow process.
