This is unnecessary. Just deporting illegals will do more than enough. We probably do need a limited visa program. In fact such a program could be used to illustrate just how many illegals are here. Provide 5MM visas and see how many millions are forced to leave. Let the Dems argue for 30MM visas and see what John Q Public thinks about it.
