Trump could stand strong and demand a clean bill only “germain” provisions. Pelosi has the full blame and rath.
But he has already declared he’d sign it if it passes.

the bill you are pointing to looks like Pelosi’s House bill from the 23rd which she bailed on.
Perhaps you should take your own advice.
Let’s wait a bit for the vote and documentation on the senate bill before you go off the deep end.
