Whoa is right. This is good because more granular reporting of Confirmed Cases is needed in the US. For example, NYC makes up 2.6% of the nation's population but as of tonight it accounts for 28.8% of all US Confirmed Cases.

But this is bad because the halting of recovered case reporting makes it very hard to determine if things are getting better or worse.

To be fair, I suspect JH had no idea what they got themselves into when they set up this dashboard in January. Nonetheless, for those of us who use their data, caveat emptor.

Recovered usually requires two days of consecutive negative tests.

And they ain’t wasting resources on people they KNOW had it.
