President Vladimir Putin donned a hazmat suit and respirator on Tuesday during a visit to a hospital treating coronavirus patients and the mayor of Moscow said the outbreak in the Russian capital was much worse than official figures showed.

Or so they say. This being Russia, I bet it’s not difficult to pay off the border guards. Note that the “closure” was at the same time as the US. And the Russians get 1.3m Chinese tourists a year. Not to mention the swarms of business people going back and forth through the common border.
