The monumental problem, even with a supposedly "clean" bill is the money will likely not reach the most vulnerable. Plus, the "where's mine too" group will be all over why they won't get theirs.

Bureaucrats need to get out of the way and let the private sector do what it does, solve problems. Most of what is happening now is nonsense.
