The appalling behavior of Pelosi, Schumer, and the rest of the Democrats is not surprising, though it is disgusting.
Why would these people block the emergency coronavirus relief legislation at the time of a national emergency? Everyone knows the answer to that question.
After all, these are the leaders of the political party that has championed every evil from slavery, the ku klux klan, Jim Crow laws, segregation, and the Cherokee Trail of Tears to illegal immigration, abortion, infanticide, voter fraud, sexual perversion, coup d'état, the Steele Dossier, and impeachment to sabotage the 2016 US Presidential Election and try to seize power for themselves.
Why would they not sabotage the emergency coronavirus relief legislation to extort from it something for themselves?
