Lesson learned. I just search Youtube for live threads. I know RSN is a good network and I “assumed” they wouldn’t start until just before.
I usually arrive late to these threads, after the conference starts, and scroll back to the beginning.

Senator Cotton read a long list of "THE CRAMMED DEMOCRAT CRAP" this afternoon in his speech around 3:30. The list was totally disgusting, and Cotton's presentation was great.

I predict he’ll ream the Democrats a new one, probably naming names and telling the public exactly what they’re doing.
He might add a vague threat, that he’ll take steps of some sort to work around the problem.

She blasted them this afternoon, from the senate chamber. She's probably feeling guilty about that and is over there apologizing for her intemperate outburst. Need to find a fresh squish.
He'll need to reference it to draw public attention, but leave the ugly partisan fighting to his allies in Congress. I hope they're up for it and have finally shed their default cave-in mode.

He'll describe what the executive branch is doing. He'll signal impatience with Congress, but it's really up to Congress to produce and deliver legislation, not up to him. If asked about the DEMs, he'll give his honest opinion.
