Lock all Senators in the Senate Chamber, bring in the handful of Senators that have the virus as well, and tell them all that nobody leaves the room until they get a 60 vote solution. They will pass a bill in less than an hour if put in the same room as someone who has the virus.

If this is such an Emergency that we need this type of legislation passed immediately then WHY is McConnell not allowing 5 of his GOP members to vote? - Thus causing a 47 to 47 vote on the bill today which basically allows both sides to simply blame the other that nothing was passed!
