Actually, you can - and should, if the people are dying. What we cannot afford now id an FDA-approved, 12 year study of a drug with known risks and safety. It may or may not prove to be effective, but preliminary results are good and we have people dying.
But we do not need any studies to use HCQ right now.
Why do you think we do?
Why do you assume that it will take ‘12 years’ to test and use these particular drugs for this disease?
