Let’s see how that works when taxes are due and there’s none there from businesses that failed and folks out of a job; there’s city, county and state taxes.
They’ll bilk the folks in flyover, that’s what they’ll do when their own chattel run out of money.
If this goes on for a while, I cannot see how the state, county and city taxing authorities cannot provide some tax relief or tax holiday because the citizens won’t have any money. Expect local infrastructure to start falling apart and becoming dilapidated at some point.
