Not really.
People are flushing baby wipes because they either don’t have, or are hoarding, toilet paper.
It has caused a number of problems in local cities. Enough that there are multiple statements about not flushing wipes, paper towels, etc.
That statement is based on conversations I have had with city officials who are fighting this problem now, and are expecting several blockages in residential areas. Of course, CV19 is transmitted by fecal matter so plumbers are just so excited to dig in and clear the blockage.
