There’s a partial shutdown of courts in PA. Wait until next week when there’s a full shutdown, then Gov. Wolf can do anything he wants. He just banned the transport of firearms today, among other things. It’s as if he has a script with little triggers ... when this happens, take that way ...
I looked into this. I don’t think he has issued any order regarding firearms. His order asserts the right to do so, but doesn’t actually make the order. If you have any other information I’d be interested.
You are correct, sir. I lazily misread the Exec Order's "Where As" for "Now Therefore". He has the transport of firearms in the where as part of the order. Here's the Executive Order.
