If the virus really did come from watching bats or anteaters killed in front of you and then eating them, well, that's a part of their culture but not a very big part.
It's something that authorities could have stopped if they wanted to.
Does anyone believe that no new cases of COVID-19 have been reported in China?

I work for the largest employer in the country. We had a confirmed case of the Corona virus in my building last week. They shut us down and everyone has to telework. Today an official email came out on the status of the infected individual. They had a fever for three days, which is now gone. They only have a sore throat at this point in time they are in good shape.
In a few more weeks when reports like this become the norm, they need something else to keep the sheep frightened. The goal is to crash the economy and remove Trump. I honestly believe this.
China has reported that their coronavirus infections are way down and under control, thanks to the firm leadership by their communist government.
So all those people that are still getting sick with all the same symptoms are mysterious pneumonia cases.
