A reporter for One America News Network asked President Trump if he thought the term "Chinese food" was racist during a line of questioning centering on the president's use of the phrase "China virus" to describe the coronavirus.
Chanel Rion, OANN's White House correspondent, asked the question of the president during Thursday's White House Coronavirus Task Force briefing.
Rion, who spent part of her childhood living in South Korea, asked, "Do you consider the term 'Chinese food' racist because it's food that originates in China?"
"No," the president answered before she finished the question. "I dont think its racist at all."
"On that note, major left-wing news media, even in this room, have teamed up with Chinese Communist Party narratives, and they are claiming that you are racist for making these claims about 'Chinese virus,'" she followed up. "Is it alarming that major media players, just to oppose you, are consistently siding with foreign state propaganda, Islamic radicals, and Latin gangs and cartels, and they work right here at the White House with direct access to you and your team?"

“Makes me question Rions credibility.”
Not me. I’ve never trusted Fauci. Maybe he did create a false flag.
And she’s so well spoken. An hour or so after the press conference I was watching OAN, and she was reporting from the White House lawn. Smart girl.
“Nice, bring back the Red Scare”
We’ve had a Red Scare going against Russia and Putin for a decade, even though the Soviet Union ended 30 years ago.
By the way over there its just called FOOD
Just as an anectdote, my mother would get me on the bus to Pittsburgh in the 70’s on Thursday night every week because that is when the major department stores were open late. She would do her shopping in downtown Pittsburgh, and we would meet my father and his mother(my grandmother) at a Chinese restaurant on Market Square called “The New China Inn”
Very sanitary place, and my dad always ordered chop suey, and my mother ordered egg foo yung, and my grandma would share from both, and my grandma would always ask for crackers and rice, but the waiter would say “rice no quackies, quackies no rice”.
Things were so much simpler back then
When I was a kid - Vietnam years - the media was mostly middle age and older men (some women), many of them vets of WWII or Korea as war correspondents or servicemembers. They were liberal - hated Nixon - but mature, worldly wise, and intelligently skeptical in their manner.
Today most are in their 20s with teen-age or campus-demonstrator worldviews and little practical life experience. They really don’t belong in the White House press room, most don’t strike me as decent McDonalds-manager material.
“Ive never trusted Fauci.”
Hard for me to believe he could do that and, if he did, we’ll probably never know.
Fauci was conspicuously absent from today’s Taskforce briefing. I’m curious to see if in when he makes his next appearance.
We went to a place called Formosa Inn. Nationalist-Chinese run.
OAN, the best news outlet in America right now.
Swiss cheese is racist!!!!
English peas, French dip, Irish potatoes, ALL RACIST !!!!
About time MSM traitorous fools are being pointed out!
“Rubini suggested that Anthony Fauci ... personally funded the production of the virus.
Maybe he did — so that after the entire world was in a free fall he could come in and save the day. A little like Munchhausen By Proxy.
I thought I read early on that Americans also worked at that wuhonclan laboratory in the land of PRCs.
Wow, you described what could be the Anti Christ.
The whole notion that Fauci funded it is absurd. Shame on OAN for promoting it.
