Maxine Waters proposes givings adults $2K a month and children $1K for the duration of the crisis

House Financial Services Committee Chairwoman Maxine Waters proposed having the Federal Reserve give households $2,000 for adults and $1,000 for children for each month of the coronavirus pandemic.

Waters's proposal released on Wednesday also calls for suspending all consumer and small-business credit payments, such as mortgages and credit card payments, during the pandemic

people in my state of Washington got it made...not only are the new parents getting almost full pay for several months plus is they have fmla they get that on top of it plus huge tax breaks plus now thousands of dollars....

we struggled with lots of bills plus having to go back to work so soon when our kids were little....

We did not have an allowance, it was BS.
We mowed clean ect for our part, dint like it we joined the USN,USA,USCG which we all did at 18

We all turned out OK and rich

Ah to be rich again. I once felt rich, but that was before the great flu scare of 2020. Now I can barely afford dog food at $20 a can.
