WASHINGTON — Bernie Sanders will “assess” his bid for the White House after getting thumped by Joe Biden in the latest round of primaries, his campaign manager said Wednesday.
“The next primary contest is at least three weeks away,” campaign manager Faiz Shakir said in a statement.

Is it me or is it surreal that two old fools are the best the Dems could do and right now? To me looks like they want to throw the election on purpose. I am not with the doomers here that this false pandemic will hurt Trump in any meaningful way. The American people did not throw Lincoln or Roosevelt out in wartime and this is war. My lefty friends think Trump is doing the best he can, some even begrudgingly admit he is the right guy at the right time. Apparatchiks like Biden and Bernie are not for this time. By Mid-Summer this panic will be over and yes the GDP will take a major hit and UE will rise a tick or two but people will not be ready to take a wrecking ball to the current status quo or go back to 2009 and the Obama hotair days of lofty speeches and do nothing. Sorry serious times demand serious men and a mentally ill person and a senile dinosaur of the 1980’s is not going to do. Maybe after a few years of having it good will the American people have a hissy and want to flirt with socialism again, but now...nah.
