Is not out of the realm of probability such could happen. Parts of many countries are in complete lockdown. Nobody allow outside except for food store visits and medical visits. Spain may be on full lockdown but that is not verified

If he’s curing cancer, he can start going to hospitals and healing people there and bring the gospel to people who CAN’T come to church.

Scared .
Its smart to be scared of this man made virus .

Show it respect and stop being so selfish and pray in private for a few weeks .

And do not follow con man like this Elmer Gantry in La trying to
make a name for themselves off this Chinese virus .

I got a suggestion for ya. Mind your own damn business and forget trying to tell folks what to do because of your psychotic fears.

If this action directly leads to one death, would you feel the same way?

Like I said upthread, some things are worth dying for. You psychos have to get some treatment for your irrational hysteria.

You’re right. However, I have a friend who has many family members in Baton Rouge, many are older. What if one of these church members gets infected because they are in mass contact and spreads it to them and they die? Oh well-huh?

The probability of death from other causes is greater. The probability of death by car accident on the way to church is greater than death from the virus

With that in mind, one should never go to church

You think I give a crap about people going to church in Louisiana? I don’t. If this pastor wants to suck out every nickel from his flock and call it an act of defiance, that’s his business. It’s better than the spring breakers drinking and having orgies on the beach (which they continue to do). If you can live with it, so can I.

Sorry — you are 100% wrong about that. The pastor isn’t “shouting fire in a crowded theater” at all. In fact, he’s doing the EXACT OPPOSITE. And nobody is sitting in his church except of their own free will.

This idea of treating people as a threat to public safety without any evidence that they constitute a threat is utterly repulsive in a free nation.

His many viruses out there are NOT real, and NOT contagious?

“Says the woman whose psychotic paranoia is consuming her life right before her eyes.”

Hah! Metmom is NOT the one that said the following...

““It’s not a concern,” Spell said of the virus. “The virus, we believe, is politically motivated...”

The good preacher thinks the virus is POLITICALLY MOTIVATED. My only question...

“Is it a Republican virus or a Democrat virus...maybe an Independent virus?”

You really, really hate the human race, don’t you? All you psychos, that’s it, ain’t it? You don’t like people. You’re miserable, and you want to inflict it upon everyone else.

If you have older family members who are vulnerable and afraid of contracting this disease, I’d suggest that the best course of action is for THEM to self-isolate and take other extraordinary measures for their own protection. How does a church gathering 50 miles away — or even 1 mile away — affect them in any way if they’re looking out for themselves?

"And nobody is sitting in his church except of their own free will."

And again...how about those they infect after leaving the service who later die?? How about THEIR "free will"?? That IS the very real danger here.

Arrest the pastor, lock the doors to his "church", and quarantine any attendees for a month.

Yes Wally. I hate everyone. You’re right. That’s why I’ve dedicated my life to serving others and helping victims. Good call.
