Dallas County health officials say nine more people have tested positive for COVID-19, bringing the total to 28.
The cases include two women in their 20s, a man in his 30s, a woman in her 40s, two women in their 50s, a man in his 60s and a woman in her 70s. Five of the patients are hospitalized and three of them are in critical condition. Four of the patients are self-isolating at home.
Eight of the cases involve residents of Dallas and one is a resident of Irving.

we know nothing about them. Maybe the younger ones aren’t well to being with. Dallas county is big. When people get sick they also can’t get their heroine and may get even worse. Just saying who knows.

Nobody is saying the young can’t get it, but most likely they won’t die. The people in the article have been hospitalized but they are not dead yet.
Three are listed as critical, out of eight.
Part of it is if your system is compromised....by friend has diabetes and is considered compromised.
NYT has out some secret government doc this could go in waves as the Spanish Flu did and last 18 month.

November is in jeopardy. This hits older voters who vote 55% for GOP.

We have ZERO information about the background of these patients other than their ages. Some or all of these individuals may have underlying, serious respiratory issues. There is no evidence that this virus is a threat to those who do not suffer from underlying conditions. Not in China. Not in Italy.
Yep those laws demand that they publish ONLY carefully selected (if even true) information to set off a public panic.
If they included information that told us what was going on it would be against the public interests.

Population of Dallas County is about 3 million.
Population of the DFW Metro area is 6.8 million.
The infection numbers will go up pretty fast in the next 2-3 weeks but I am amazed at how low the numbers actually are.
We have large immigrant populations here.
