Correct. We know people are often not forthcoming about contributing factors when they’re in the ER. Actual young people -not the “several” 30 to 50 presented here- have denied vaping when it was the cause of their respiratory issues.
What jumps out at me is the “blank medical records”. Does “blank” mean clear, or it could be an absence of medical history. I’m betting on the later.
Yeah I wondered about the term blank as well. I agree the latter sounds like a real possibility.
