Maryland Governor Hogan may be a Republican, but he is an outspoken Trump-hater and he has a vetoproof dem legislature that he has to work with. (kowtow to). He hardly counts as a Republican.
Ohio has a RINO governor I’m sure he wil follow the dems.
Well, here in Maryland we have a goveror who claims to be a Republican. He is not a Trump supporter.
