Well realistically I figure it’s worth whatever they have to do to keep our medical system from crashing. People hanging out in large groups on the streets generally are up to no good anyway in the cities.

As for large groups hanging out on the streets..well that’s legal until they do something wrong.
There’s LOTS of things we can prohibit because they GENERALLY lead to no good.
Like ALCOHOL in bars. AND in homes. AND at ball games.
And then other things that are “generally bad” will follow suit.
Raising kids right would put an end to most of those kids causing trouble.
Me and 20 paesani used to hang out on street corners and cause NO grief.
But you’re right. 20 Italian teens and 20 of obama’s sons are two different things
