Ohios Mr Magoo has ordered restaurants and bars closed after9:00pm tonight (drive thru and delivery acceptable)
Oh, so are they allowing alcohol to be included in drive-thru / delivery? Cause if not, bars aren't gonna find it worth it to stay open at all.
And, forcing closures is essentially a subset of eminent domain. Which happens to require the gov to appropriately compensate the takee.

Not only will they stay open, abortion clinics will pay women to have an abortions, and men receiving an abortion get double.

Amazing how we can be free as long as the government says we can be.
