I don’t know what cocktail they got Biden on but Bernie is done.
I don’t know if there is any parallel, but I had an elderly aunt many years ago some days we visited her she was 98% on the ball and others she was very diminished. This was back in the early 60s when this was not diagnosed as much as it was just called old age.
If it looked like they would win? Absolutely.
Asylum used to be for the children of opposition leaders in dictatorships -- the children of the Shah of Iran, for example. People supporting the United States' side in a proxy war in a foreign country. Criminal witnesses, whistleblowers, etc.
Now it's people "fearing for their lives" from gang wars, economic depressions, climate change, as if they have a right to be here because "asylum."
Why force "asylum seekers" into the country for simply making the claim? Why not make them go to an embassy in a nearby country to file the claim?
It's like me going to Disneyland demanding to be let in because I'm claiming asylum.
Disneyland would say "What does asylum have to do with coming into Disneyland?"
I'd say "It doesn't matter. You have to let me in until it's resolved in the courts."
It's a ridiculous argument.

Wow they are both really sharp. Too bad they both committed to having a female VP because I think a Sanders/Biden or Biden/Sanders ticket would be unstoppable. I can’t wait to check out their websites after the debates.
The only difference between these two is that Bernie admits he’s a socialist.
