What exactly is a “student reimbursement”? If I were young again, in college, I’d get all my studying done (yeah, right), and enjoy this break from school. If I had any student reimbursement it would go towards beer. I never asked government for money to buy beer, and I highly doubt most college kids are now.

The only Govt assistance I received was when I bought a house under the GI Loan plan and all that did was guarantee the loan.
