Now that the number of new people infected with the coronavirus in China is slowing, the country's Communist Party is ratcheting up threats against the West, with a particularly nasty warning about access to life-saving drugs aimed at the United States.
In an article in Xinhua, the state-run media agency that's largely considered the mouthpiece of the party, Beijing bragged about its handling of COVID-19, a virus that originated in Wuhan and has spread quickly around the world, killing nearly 5,000 people and infecting thousands more. The article also claimed that China could impose pharmaceutical export controls which would plunge America into "the mighty sea of coronavirus."

No, not really. He just knows that the cihcoms can’t be trusted and have always remained our enemy. He is just the only politician in our time to admit and act on the facts. We finally had a man to elect that thinks what many of us have been thinking for a long time and has the ability to act on it.
There's PLENTY that the feds could have done about it, if they wanted to, particularly in the area of pharmaceuticals: tariffs, stringent FDA monitoring of imported meds (with the cost billed to the importer) -- there would have been LOTS of ways to erase any cost saving from importing meds.
It’s never a good thing to give someone else the ability to determine whether we live or die. Letting someone else have control our food supply or drug supply is absolutely stupid.
OTOH, maybe the posturing is for the sake of the leftards and MSM, to accuse Trump of endangering the country if he riles the Chicoms, because they’ll stop helping with the Corona virus, and then what’ll you do. Put America first, Trump. Grovel before our new master and he’ll toss us some drugs. THAT seems most likely!
