That last one we can do immediately. And, properly organized, can deliver a world of hurt to the ChiComs.

To do what? Require the pharmaceutical and medical supply companies to manufacture all their stuff here? It would take years to accomplish and who is going to pay for it? Drug prices are already high; what will doubling or tripling the costs do?
