If this happens, it will be interesting to see how some in the judiciary respond. This may be *the* issue that Trump will decide, "no, we will continue with what I propose" (assuming it is constitutional).

At the very least, any source of injunction will be fast tracked to SCOTUS and decided by them very quickly.
