Coronavirus crackdown? Seattle-area official outlines possible next steps
The Seattle Times ^ | March 10th, 2020 | By Daniel Beekman

Seattle area public-health officials are “at the ready” to start ordering involuntary isolation and quarantines and are considering cancellation of major public events, with information coming soon, a top official said Monday.

Patty Hayes, director of Public Health — Seattle & King County, outlined potential next steps in the area’s effort to slow the spread of the virus at a Seattle City Council meeting and said officials are talking about what to do.

Hayes shared a Washington State Department of Health chart that listed five levels of actions that officials could take. Gov. Jay Inslee hinted at the ongoing discussions Sunday on the CBS show “Face the Nation,” saying the state’s response could involve “reducing the number of social activities that are going on.”

Although King County’s first confirmed COVID-19 case was announced less than two weeks ago, the area’s response already has ratcheted through Level 1 and Level 2.

"Life Care Center, a nursing home in Kirkland"

Is that the place that pumps out much of Costco's product?

“The flu this year has infected millions and killed thousands but let’s all get panicky about COVID-19 that doesn’t appear to cause as high a mortality rate.”

CV in S. Korea, a first-world medical system, has only killed 0.7% of the known cases, but 95% are still unresolved. That’s 7 times as deadly as the typical flu *so far*, even if every other known case survives. S. Korea is doing best among the heaviest hit countries.

Italy - not nearly as successful. Another first-world HCS, by the way. 6% fatality rate among known cases with about 87% still unresolved. That’s at least 60 times as deadly as the flu.

It’s NOT the flu.

Wonder what the mortality rate would be if CV were endemic, like the flu, and everybody was exposed to it multiple times over the course of a year. We’ve only got 3 months of data for this, from when it was in just one city most people had never heard of, until now, when it is a global pandemic.

You don’t know who you’re talking to.

In this day and age, this era of The Great Awakening, don’t ever ever cite a government agency other than the NSA, and the DOD, or other Trump Administration controlled office as authoritative sources. The federal government is bloated like never before, filled with incompetent bureaucrats all up and down the ranks. If half them were told to clear out their desks and hit street tomorrow, no one would notice.

Silver and its medical properties go back to practically the time of Noah’s Ark.

https://draxe.com/nutrition/colloidal-silver-benefits

“Silver has been used for at least six thousand years to prevent microbial infections. It has proven to be effective against almost all organisms tested and it has played an important role in the development of radiology and in improving wound healing, according to research out of the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine.”

The effing FDA under the master receiver of Oval Office blowjobs Billy Boy Clinton let 7 drugs through on an expedited basis for approval that ended up killing people. In 1999 the same morons at the FDA decided to crack down on silver remedies that had been used for millennia.

I was a young post doctoral researcher in the late 1990s that saw firsthand the corruption and scientific misconduct at FDA, WHO and the rest of the worldwide deep state swamp and was told that if I objected to the ‘policies’ I would not be on any related research grants. I told those threatening me to go eff themselves.

And the FDA and the vaccine lobby has only gotten worse under Bush the Moron and Obama the A**hole.

My corona death figures are more accurate than your shallow reading. You included in your figures 11 deaths of unknown cause. From Sunday this week even the LA Slimes gets it half right:

https://www.latimes.com/world-nation/story/2020-03-07/nursing-home-coronavirus-deaths

“Thirteen residents of a Seattle-area nursing home who died amid a coronavirus outbreak tested positive for COVID-19, three more than announced previously, according to a spokesman who described conditions Saturday at the facility as far more dire than had been disclosed earlier.”

“Eleven additional residents have died in the facility since Feb. 19, but their causes of death are not yet known, Life Care Center of Kirkland spokesman Timothy Killian told reporters”

I am going by KIRO TV's information at this website:

Save the silver for your Apple phone circuit board. No way is Colloidal Silver going into my body:

"Papa Smurf" Paul Karason, before and after photos. To counteract the coloring in his skin, Karason begun self-administering increased doses of colloidal silver, not knowing he was causing the problem to get worse. He was 62 when he died at Washington hospital, after suffering a heart attack. He later contracted pneumonia and had a severe stroke. Darwin was very generous in handing him his Darwin Award.

Imo, the Washington situation is a demonstration of the pro death mentality that dominates in our culture and even the rest of the planet. No longer is life at every stage sacred (need the God of Abraham et.al there). The elderly in that nursing home were a burden, not only to family, but also to society and to the overworked staff who "cared" for them. As such, they were probably given less than optimal care every every oldster deserves, just as does every other human being. But that does not happen in our culture any more. The elderly in our society are not medically prioritized according to their need. They are disposable. They do not get the treatment in the hospitals younger people do. They get short shrift on diagnosis, tests and results. This is for two reasons. IME those needs are slow walked because medicare pays so little, chokes treatments and ties the hands of those healthcare workers who really want to help. Additionally⁵, too many health care personnel give up too soon on the elderly. The spread of the disease in Washington was inevitable as was the death toll. The wider community, the caring and uncaring alike, are paying the price now. Maybe we will learn to start treating every one optimally again. We all benefit when we do. We need a culture of life.

Wow. Ft. Worth got it’s first case today. Weird times. The 3 year old spooks me a bit. I know that the youngest to die so far was nine, but what if a young one had the regular flu and then this one top of it? We just really don’t know much about this. Now we have 26 MANDATORY quarantines in my county. A good friend just got back from Italy. He has a place over there and goes often. He was posting awesome pictures of northern Italy for weeks and then you started noticing fewer and fewer people in the pics until he’s be the only one in a huge piazza. When he came back, he just walked off the plane.

The three year old will be just fine.

The parents will likely be fine too assuming they’re young parents.

However the odds that the parents might end up in the ICU aren’t zero.

Italy has stopped treating anyone over 65 or anyone under 65 with any pre-existing conditions. Don’t have hypertension, diabetes, or a BMI over 25.

The problem with COVID-19 is no one knows how many cases there have been worldwide. A lot of young folks may have had a mild case and blew it off as a cold. A lot of cases in third world countries may just go unreported. Unlike the flu it attacks mostly older people especially those with underlying health conditions so the death rate is certainly going to be higher than the flu. The only people that should be panicking are the old folks.

That was your original statement. I was just pointing out that the known numbers and extrapolation based on those numbers do not support your statement. It appears that the potential mortality rate is much higher than that of the flu.

The mortality rate for the Chinese and Iranians is probably very high especially for smokers (Not sure about Italy). The reason the mortality rate in the US is high because it hit a nursing home first filled with old folks. The mortality rate for the flu now is low because of flu shots. The mortality rate for the 1918 Spanish Flu was 10%. Let’s just wait till the COVID-19 virus has runs it ]s course and we will all know what the score is.

Argyria doesn't just happen overnight. You need to take a larger dose of silver for months or years before you'll start turning blue. Taking a couple tablespoons a day when you're sick isn't gonna hurt at all, and the silver will help. Silver is well known and used in the medical community throughout history. (Why do you think silverware was so popular back when? Real silver utensils will self-sanitize.)

By the way, while Paul did turn blue after years of taking colloidal silver, his death was completely unrelated.

Perhaps eating with silver ware that is plated with silver is the answer. I think I will dig out our legacy silver ware that has been handed down for generations.

Our public high school canceled our District Caucus where we will elect our delegates to the Washington State GOP Convention in Everett. We are looking for a new venue.

I expect Gov. Inslee will declare our state convention canceled because of his 250 person limit rule.
