There is privileged information in there, that is not supposed
to be read by anyone outside the investigation.

Some of it involves national security.

Naturally the demoⁿcRats have no grasp of that concept.

Hmmmmm…..

Years ago I filed a formal ethics complaint against an attorney who had libeled me in a piece of correspondence.

As I should have expected the Bar Association circled the wagons and the State Board refused to discipline. There was no appeals process, but I filed a request under the state’s FOIA act for records and details of their investigation/deliberation.

They refused, claiming that it would reveal privileged information, sources and methods.

I guess I’m just not as important as some people.
