The government will have to go full China if they want to contain it in any way. "full China"

Shut down the entire company for 2 months (and counting). Ban all large public gatherings. Lock down and prevent travel in and out of infected areas with armed guards. Institute mandatory housebound quarantines in infected areas. Spray disinfect on every square inch of public streets and buildings. Build or procure victim centers and warehouse the infected so the infected don't go to regular hospitals and infect the staff.

I'm sure I've missed some steps but that's what I know off the top of my head.

That's not going to happen (all of those). It did not happen in the Spanish Influenza. It won't happen now.

The federal government can't do that anyways. Would the President declare martial law?
