Shut down the entire company for 2 months (and counting). Ban all large public gatherings. Lock down and prevent travel in and out of infected areas with armed guards. Institute mandatory housebound quarantines in infected areas. Spray disinfect on every square inch of public streets and buildings. Build or procure victim centers and warehouse the infected so the infected don't go to regular hospitals and infect the staff. That's not going to happen (all of those). It did not happen in the Spanish Influenza. It won't happen now.

I don't think it will happen either. But the point is that China is doing all that and the infection is still spreading though not as fast as it was initially. Without those measures basically it's out of control. I have no idea what can or can't be done under martial law or what the regulations are for federal health emergency.
