I’m beginning to wonder if there are any criminals in our prisons. Crimes occur, obviously, but no one actually commits them.

US has 655/100k incarceration rate, highest on the planet, 6x more than Canada. Either Americans are much more prone to commit crimes or we have the worst legal system in the world. I strongly suspect the latter.
