BORDER SECURITYFeds Bust Heinous Birth Tourism Ring in Southern California Birthright citizenship is being exploited.

Published 3 hours ago on Mar 7, 2020By Richard Moorhead

ShareTweetFlip Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials conducted raids on three residential buildings being used for an elaborate ‘birth tourism’ scheme in Southern California last week.

The buildings were being utilized by a birth tourism ring called You Win USA Vacation Resort. The entity charged pregnant foreign women around $50,000 in return for shepherding them through the US visa and immigration process, with the understanding that they would exploit America’s birthright citizenship laws to ensure their children would be US citizens.

Community members in the Irvine neighborhood described seeing groups of pregnant Chinese women arriving and living at the apartments where the birth tourism ring was keeping them.

Court documents related to the bust of You Win USA Vacation Resort describe the birth tourism ring as having enabled more than 400 women give birth in the geographic United States in the past two years- at one Orange County Hospital alone.

The ring coached foreign women in how to successful deceive American immigration authorities and hide the fact that they are pregnant. Birth tourism in itself is not illegal, but lying to enter the country with the intent of procuring citizenship for unborn children is.

ICE official Claude Arnold told local media that Southern California has become a hotspot for this form of immigration fraud. “These people were told to lie, how to lie, so that their motives for coming to the U.S. wouldn’t be questioned.”

It appears that no arrests were made or charges were filed following ICE’s raid on the birth tourism complex.

The worst part is they have people buffaloed to believe that these “citizens” are natural born citizens eligible to be President. They are still foreign nationals.

Natural born citizen are born here of citizen parents.
They can’t be anything else, that’s why they are naturally citizens.

A lot of these “facilities” are visited and run by Chinese nationals. Talk about a virus hotspot.

Every other cpuntry on earth has the sane and correct policy that kids are citizens of rheirmparents country regardless where they are born.

We must stop the insanity. Citizenship is based on parents, not a geographic coordinate.

This type of crime is rampant. We are little more than an ATM to the world. There are also adoption services that pay surrogate mothers to have American Citizen babies for them. They even target military spouses, as that way the healthcare portion is free.

Seize their records and strip every last one of citizenship.

Article states...”the birth tourism ring enabled more than 400 women give birth in the geographic United States in the past two years- at one Orange County Hospital alone”....

The Hospital should be held accountable as well as enablers.

That’s incorrect. Jus soli for the children of at least one legal permanent resident parent is actually fairly common, although unrestricted jus soli, including for the children of tourists, is limited mostly to the Americas.

This is what I mean by the fallout stemming from the 14th amendment. It was intended to produce citizenship for freed slaves, and it has been misused to create citizenship for the children of transient aliens. The very thing that John Bingham said it would not do.

The US grants citizenship by birth not just to children born in the United States itself, but territories under American jurisdiction, such as Guam and the US Virgin Islands. Many mainland Chinese mothers give birth on Saipan in the Northern Mariana Islands to acquire US birthright citizenship for their children.

In Canada even children born in Canadas air-space are considered citiens....Canada too is having big issues with Chinese birth-tourism.
