Hospitals could in now way take care of 1/3 the population, in now way do the stats come anywhere close to exponential growth, sickness or death.
Cases are doubling in the US every few days now.
There are only ~1.7 million staffed beds in all US hospitals. The 1/3 number isn’t even close to how short-staffed and ill-equipped we’d be to take care of so many sick people.
