The Pioneer City County Museum director who made a social media post saying all republicans should die has resigned from her position.
Melonnie Hicks formally submitted her resignation to board members Friday, effective as of 5:00 p.m.
Her resignation comes three days after she made a post to personal Facebook page during primary elections that reads, “I hope every single one of you pieces of s*** that votes republican, dies today.”

Tell me about it. Anytime I read a liberal on Twitter saying “Republicans spread hate and violence” I ask them to give me one single solitary example. Either they ignore me or they mention Charlottesville where I then tell them the guy who killed that girl was a schizophrenic who was in and out of mental hospitals his whole life, something the media continually refuses to mention. THEN they ignore me. They KNOW this “Republicans spread hate and violence” they constantly spread is utter BS, fake, but they don’t care, and they choose to ignore the ENDLESS examples of hate and violence by their own party.

If they would allow us to voice opinions I wouldn’t care so much, but if a conservative opinion is voiced we would get fired. I would rather we all be allowed to say what we want and stop the firing for voicing opinions and political discourse.
