The Bernie Sanders presidential campaign is disavowing a list of talking points distributed to supporters and surrogates on Wednesday morning that suggest Sanders partisans attack a resurgent Joe Biden on his "record and obvious cognitive decline."
The material, seen by Newsweek, was posted on various social media sites and on internal WhatsApp groups for supporters of the independent Vermont senator as an official campaign communique, but Sanders communications director Mike Caspa said he'd never seen it before.

Sanders doesn’t have the guts to fight Biden. Remember that in 2016 Sanders deferred to the Wicked Witch regarding her e-mail scandal. The Bernie Bros will fight for him much more than he will fight for himself.

Some of that footage is brand new to me. I had to quit watching half way through when he appeared to grope a breast. The girl looked about 10 or 11. He also physically yanked some of those girls toward him. I’m sickened.
