In November 2019, as the Democratic presidential candidates prepared for the primaries that had been taking place unofficially for more than a year and that would begin in earnest in February, FiveThirtyEight’s Clare Malone profiled Pete Buttigieg. In the process, Malone spoke with two women at a Buttigieg event in New Hampshire. One liked Joe Biden, but felt he was a bit too old for the presidency. The other liked Buttigieg, without qualification: “I feel he’s well positioned,” she explained. “The country is ready for a more gentle approach.”

No way! Granny Clampett was smart as a whip and the head of the Clampett family and besides, she liked guns and knew how to use them.
And I don’t recall Granny ever lying or scolding anyone.
I find that for once, I agree in part with the media here...
Competence? For leftists trying to destroy the economy, force the majority of citizens into dependence on the government, she’s REALLY competent at what she’s trying to do.
But what I agree most with, in regards to the media’s statements, have been that the dem primary voters, which makes up the base and core of the dem party, can be defined as are both racist and sexist, and can’t stand the idea of a woman in power. They want rich, old white guys to be in charge!

Competence? Have you ever watched one of her campaign events? They start with one of her handlers coming out and talking to the attendees. The first thing out of the handler’s mouth is some crap about what pronoun to use. As if there is any question?

Jesse Waters commented on The Five last week “Warren is the most annoying person I think I’ve ever seen on television. She’s intolerable.”
