At times in the Hulu documentary she puts the blame onto others, rather than examining her own missteps.

'And then this voice comes out and says "There's just something about you that pisses me off"'.

Look at everything she has gotten away with. And not only has she survived dozens of potential scandals, virtually untouched, she has managed to get virtually innocent people thrown into investigative grinder as a defensive measure.
Who wouldn’t get emboldened by such a track record, particularly not a corrupt maniacal sociopath.
We know absolutely that she is NOT innocent. We know she withheld emails, was using an unauthorized computer, was emailing classified documents.
Innocent as a Washington D.C. madam.
Most investigated and least held accountable. To paraphrase, you will be investigated forever.
Well Hillary, it’s easy to get away with murder when all the witnesses against you were.... well murdered.
Hill got elected to arguably the safest senate seat available. Had she run in her home state of Arkansas, she would have lost in a walk.
