In the latest volley, Rep. Rashida Tlaib, D-Mich., who has endorsed Sanders, brought up Biden's treatment of Anita Hill while he was the Senate Judiciary Committee chairman during the 1991 confirmation hearing for Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas. Hill accused Thomas of sexual harassment and testified before the committee. Biden has had to apologize on the campaign trail for his handling of the proceedings.
"Q: Who silenced Anita Hill when she was trying to speak out about Clarence Thomas?" Tlaib tweeted. "A: Joe Biden," she said.

Why doesn’t Bernie put a spotlight on that Ukrainian elephant in the room? I don’t think Bernie is smart enough to have gotten involved in the multimillion dollar foreign corruption rackets himself. If Bernie does what Trump will surely do regarding Biden’s corruption Bernie could win.
Trump can’t do it without reviving the whole impeachment thing. “SEE! HE’S USING DIRT FROM THE UKRAINE TO CHEAT! NEXT HE’LL SELL ALASKA!” Etc. After the election, he can make sure that Joe is properly indicted and convicted. But right now his main defense is that he made a discreet inquiry into a criminal matter.

I’d just launch them from Miami - it’s what, 90 miles to Cuba? I think with enough explosives under them and the right trajectory, they should be able to give a 10 foot square of where the bodies will land.
Once Biden is nominated Trump will absolutely put Ukrainian corruption front and center. If Pelosi wants to impeach again about Ukraine, I’m sure Trump would love to see it. The dems giving Biden a free ride on Ukraine has let it slip from page one but that’s not going to last.
If trlaib endorsed sanders, then sanders is not worthy to be president.
Even his enemies are hiding his crimes in China and the Ukraine.
It would backfire big time. When an indictment was returned on Iran Contra that merely named George HW Bush, this contributed to his losing the election, but it was done by a special prosecutor who said “oops.” For POTUS to bring up a criminal matter a part of the campaign, however, would be to politicize the matter, which would go against the presumption of innocence, and the swamp would jump all over it. It would have to be after he wins reelection, at which point Biden and son would properly be toast.
Cognition and corruption. Sanders doesn’t have the stones to pick up these potent tools and use them against Biden. So he’s going to get rolled

Hillary was a nonprosecuted felon in 2016.
Biden is a non prosecuted felon in 2020.
There was no chance Hillary was going to be indicted in 2016 with Obama’s DOJ. The verdict is not yet in on 2020. But they don’t have to indict Biden before the election, they only have to publicize that an investigation is underway.
