He better pay more attention to this promise than he did to managing the Stimulus Funds - he couldn’t and didn’t account for one cent of that money tho’ he was given the responsibility. Has that man ever touched anything that was handled properly?? Has he ever been successful at anything other than pulling the wool over people eyes with his fake smile, gift of gab and earning a salary while playing politician and Oh! yeah - his trademark “Man?”
