Meh.
I live just a couple of miles north of Seattle, actually a bit closer to where the corona virus cases have been clustered, and I haven’t seen any noticeable difference in public activity.
Where do all the homeless people go when there’s nobody to beg from? Oh. Right. They stay home.
Ahh geez no wonder the world will be herded into a global order of slaves ruled by allah the dirty tyrant - coronavirus has everyone inside like scared kids. Anyhow I call bull on this, real Americans are out working. I would be too if my truck wasn’t in shop. Just weakness being spread around all over - by internet computer people and media weaklings or something.
*yawn* maybe all the libs will stay inside through election day fearing this and global warming!

I wish coronavirus town would turn my town into a ghost town. Traffic is ridiculous. Doesn’t anybody around here work? Do they know how difficult it is to FReep and drive with all this traffic?
From what I read, they need to stay away from a certain nursing home.

When I left Pike Place Market on Monday everything was still bustling. Maybe a little less crowding is a good idea. Tourists who come specifically to see the market will still come and locals will stay away for now.
Bands won’t play no more.
So, who gives a damn about Seattle? Seattle seceded from America

I just cruised from Tacoma to the Northgate area of Seattle on I-5. Traffic is holiday light.
Traffic in Seattle is terrible all the time. My friend went to grocery store on Monday in Olympia and she said the shelves were getting empty, people were filling their baskets to the top with canned goods
“Ghost town” is a little strong.
...........
I agree with another poster that traffic is holiday light.

Pike Place is open, usually quiet this time of year......and a lot of rain lately.
I remember going to a highly popular outlet mall 3 days after 9/11. There were like 5 other people I could see at any one time, it was actually scary. I was out spending money, doing my part for the good old USA.
