I wouldn’t call it racism. I’d call it survival
Some other FReeper just now was really shocked.
And I am glad things were different in other parts of the country in the 80s
But you’re right. It WAS survival.
My friend got mugged delivering pizza in the projects 3 blocks away.
So about 20 of us went down there, hit whomever was outside fast and hard (because they started pouring out of the projects like cockroaches out of the ceiling after 5 minutes) and took off.
So they wouldn’t mug and beat the next guy that just wanted to make some money.
I’d better get off this topic before I get in trouble.
